Fatehgarh Sahib: Shiromani Akali Dal Amritsar (Mann) president Simranjit Singh Mann has criticised Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) and said that the AAP was not serious about issues of the Punjab or the Sikhs. He said that the only achievement of the Aam Aadmi Party in Punjab in last five years was that their MP Bhagwant Mann announced to quit use of alcohol. S. Mann was referring to announcement made yesterday by Bhagwant Mann to quit alcohol.

He said that the Aam Aadmi Party has ignored core issues such as right over river waters, Punjab’s right over it’s capital Chandigarh, Punjabi speaking areas, control over headworks, making Punjab China-Pakistan economic corridor, establishing agro-industry in Punjab, opening up border between east and west Punjab for trade, upliftment of backwards classes and resolution of issues related to Sikh identity injustices done to the Sikhs.

Launching an attack on Arvind Kejriwal, S. Mann said that he had no sympathy towards the Punjab, Sikhs or the Punjabis. He said that Punjabis should oust these opportunist parties.
