The contents of the Legal Notice were as follows:
LEGAL NOTICE TO MAKERS OF SON OF SARDAR MOVIE: AJAY DEVGAN ( ACTOR & PRODUCER) ASHWIN DHIR ( DIRECTOR) You have shown in some parts Sikh’s in a bad light in your upcoming film SON OF SARDAR. I am mentioning about the contents which comment that ” If Sikh’s were not there then who would have invented abuses like….Teree Maan Dee- Tere Bhain Dee”.Also saying that ” in case Sardar would not have been there, then on whom would the jokes be made” is showing the Sikh’s ion bad light and has hurt the Sikh sentiments. I request you to delete such dialogue’s from the film in Public Interest Or we plan to take legal action. Your official trailer on You Tube contains such material and teh film may contain more. Will wait for your response for 7 days. NAVKIRAN SINGH ADVOCATE
