Fatehgarh Sahib: The Chandigarh Press Club has unanimously decided to boycott the Bhagwant Mann’s Press Conferences and debarred him from entering the Club premises until he apologises for his alleged act against media-persons during an AAP rally in Fatehgarh Sahib district on September 01.
A statement by the Press Club reads: Chandigarh Press Club today condemn the attack on media personnel while they were covering the AAP leader Bhagwant Mann’s Rally in Bassi Pathana today. Chandigarh Press Club demanded a strict action from Punjab Police against the MP and immediate FIR against him.
The Press Club has unanimously decided to boycott the Bhagwant Mann’s Press Conferences and debarred him from entering the Club premises until he apologises for his act.
According to Mr. Jaswant Singh Rana, President and Mr Barinder Singh Rawat, General Secretary, Chandigarh Press Club, it is also demanded from AAP Supermo Mr Arvind Kejriwal to take a strict action him so that Bhagwant Mann should not indulge in such activities.
