In 2014 the German authorities found that a person was spying on Sikhs and Kashmiris for Indian agencies. Since then around four such cases have surfaced in Germany. In these cases German authorities have charged these ‘agents’ in courts. A couple faced trial last year and another agent is set to face trial later this year. Sikh Siyasat talked to S. Gurcharan Singh Goraya- a Frankfurt based Panth Sewak. He shared details of these cases exposing the modus operandi of these R&AW agents.
