Samvad, a discussion forum, held a seminar on topic: “LANGUAGES OF THE SUB-CONTINENT AND THE PROCESS OF INDIAN NATION BUILDING” at Punjabi Bhawan. Ludhiana (Punjab) on July 24, 2016. It was third seminar by the Samvad under the series of seminars on the process of “Nation-State building” enforced by the Indian state in the Indian subcontinent.
