Chandigarh: Asking Manohar Lal Khattar led Haryana government to declare timeframe for the compensation that is to be given to them, the Hondh Chillar massacre victims yesterday threatened to self-immolate outside the residence of Haryana CM.

Members of Hondh Cillar Talmel Committee said that four months have passed since a commission headed by Justice (retd.) T. P. Garg submitted a report on this matter. Committee co-ordinator Manwinder Singh Giaspura said a copy of report have been provided to the victims yet.
