This is special interview with Advocate Jaspal Singh Manjhpur about impunity for crimes against humanity in Punjab with specific reference to the case of Harjit Singh of Saharan Majra. The interview also discussed dual standards of law with reference to impunity for state actors who were engaged in committing crimes against humanity in Punjab, and state’s policy of denial to grant due premature release to Sikh political prisoners who were sentenced to imprisonment for life.
