New Delhi: Indian Supreme Court today said that it’s keeping an eye on events related to JNU case. The statement came a day after suspected pro-BJP lawyers attacked JNU students union leader Kanhaiya Kumar and his supporters, including some lawyers yesterday at Patiala house court complex in Delhi.

The Supreme Court said “We are keeping an eye on the law and order situation at Patiala House court”.

Later today, the court is expected to decide on unruly lawyers who shouted slogans and attacked people at court. Notably a delegation appointed by the Supreme Court of India to take note of situation at Patiala house court during Kanhaiya Kumar’s court appearance yesterday was also abused and assaulted.
