“Panj-Rang” Arts Exhibition at Punjabi University from 14 to 28 February

Patiala: The Arts Gallery and Museum is going to hold an Arts Exhibition titled as “Panj Rang” for two weeks- from February 14 to 28. The exhibition comprises the display of paintings and sculptures young artists of Punjab.

Paintings of Surrey (Canada) based artist Parminder Singh; Kuldeep Singh, Jagdeep Singh and Jaspreet Singh and sculptures prepared by Jagwinder Singh will be displayed for visitors in this exhibition.

As per information varsity dean academics Dr. Gurnam Singh would inaugurate the ‘Panj Rang’ Arts Exhibition. Dr. Kulbir Singh Dhillon (Dean Colleges) would be chief guest during the event.

The exhibition is being organised by Punjabi University students. Ranjit Singh- a student of Stats Department and one of the organziers, said: “the purpose of the exhibition encourage artists and promote interest towards the arts amongst the students.
