Mumbai: Rajkumar Hirani’s PK, that has triggered a lot of controversy and response, is unlikely to be released on the small screen. This is due to a breakdown of dialogue between satellite channels and the makers of the film.
Media reports say that there was a standoff between the satellite channels and the film’s producers and this altercation has led to virtually no satellite deals happening in the last six months.
The clash between the two parties has led to them being unable to come to a mutual decision.
Meanwhile, Hindu outfits continue to oppose the movie. Activists of Bajrang Dal recently burned posters of PK movie in Jammu.
