Chandigarh: The Punjab Government yesterday issued Transfer/ Posting of 7 IPS and 1 PPS officers with immediate effect.
Disclosing this an official spokesperson said that out of 7 IPS officers, Rakesh Agrawal has been posted as DIG/Special Protection Unit, Punjab, Chandigarh, S.K Rampal as DIG/Security, Punjab, Chandigarh, H.S Sidhu as ADGP/STF, Punjab, Pramod Ban as IGP/STF, Punjab, Balkar Singh Sidhu as IGP/STF, Punjab, B. Chandrasekhar as IGP/STF, Punjab and A.S Rai as IGP/Zone-I, Patiala with additional charge of IGP/Vigilance Bureau, Punjab
Similarly Snehdeep Sharma, PPS has been posted as AIG/STF, Punjab.
