Amritsar: The Shiromani Akali Dal Amritsar (Mann) chief S. Simranjit Singh Mann on Tuesday (Dec. 13) said that his party would contest election on all assembly seats in Punjab in alliance with other ‘Panthic groups’.
S. Mann was addressing a press conference in Amritsar. He told media reporters that the Election Commission of India has granted Gadda election symbol to his party.
On being asked by reporters that all candidates of their alliance would contest election on Gadda election symbol, Simranjit Singh Mann said that this issue would be discussed during a joint meeting of his parties allies at Fatehgarh Sahib on December 15.
He also expressed satisfaction over ‘success’ of December 8 gathering at Talwandi Sabo.
