New Delhi, India (April 26, 2013): According to recent information available with Sikh Siyasat News (SSN) the screening of Sadda Haq Punjabi movie is over in the Supreme Court of India and the decision of the apax court of India regarding a petition against ban imposed by some of the state governments in India against the screening of the movie in cinema halls.
It is notable the the producers of the movie has moved to the Supreme Court against the ban and the court had issued notice to the state governments on April 11, 2013.
The governments filed their replies on April 24, 2013 and on April 25 the court directed to hold the screening of the movie for some senior advocates of the Supreme court who would assit the court as regards whether the ban imposed by the state governments should remain or operation or the movie should be allowed to be screen in cinemas.
The Supreme Court of India could pronounce it’s verdict in this matter with in next one hour (at around 4 pm).
