Washington, DC (April 10, 2014): With a few days left until the application deadline, the Sikh Coalition invites applications for its fourth Sikh Advocate Academy.
This intensive, week-long workshop between June 8th and 14th, 2014 in Washington, DC will train approximately 10 individuals on the same advocacy techniques used by the Sikh Coalition to achieve justice.
Successful applicants will have all expenses paid for their training, including meals, travel and hotel accommodations, as well as an opportunity to visit Congressional offices on Capitol Hill.
In return for the training, Sikh Coalition Advocates must agree to initiate advocacy efforts in their local communities.
