Chandigarh: The Punjab and Haryana High Court has granted bail to Sikh youth Maninder Singh alias Jumma.
Advocate Jaspal Singh manjhpur told Sikh Siyasat News (SSN) that police have charged Maninder Singh in murder case of accused and Dera Premi Mahendrapal Bittu, who was killed in jail.
Maninder Singh Jumma’s bail plea was argued by Senior Advocate Puran Singh Hundal on behalf of Panjaab Lawyers.
Advocate Jaspal Singh Manjhpur of Panjaab Lawyers said Maninder Singh was granted bail by the High Court on 15 April 2024 and he would be released from jail in coming days after furnishing bail bonds.
