Fourth week of February 2020 witnessed widespread violence in Delhi which left more than forty deaths and more than two hundred injured. Muslims, their houses and Mosques were targeted during this violence and police with complicity and assistance of the Delhi police. The Delhi Violence of 2020 is being compared with massacre of Sikhs in Delhi during the 1984 Sikh genocide.
