Mann Dal not to help Bhai Hawara’s spokesperson on Executive Committee issue

The Burail jail administration reportedly denied to present Bhai Jagtar Singh Tara before a local court in Burail Jail break case on February 24. Appearing for the jail administration deputy superintendent of Chandigarh Model Jail, Burail told the court that the Administrator of Chandigarh has placed a prohibitory orders under section 268 of Code of Criminal Procedure (Cr. P.C.) prohibiting Jagtar Singh Tara's removal from the Burail Jail.
