Chandigarh: Panj Teer Records released the first look of upcoming short movie Why! Udta Punjab. Produced by Panj Teer Records in association with Heritage Productions, Why! Udta Punjab is directed by two times international short movie contest award winner Pardeep Singh. The movie is set to be released over YouTube on July 16.
