Chandigarh: A documentary film “Toxification of Land, Body and Mind: Social & Economic Fallout of Green Revolution in Punjab” will be screened in Chandigarh today. The film investigations into fallouts of so-called “Green Revolution” that has caused multi-dimensional problem in the Punjab.
The screening event will be held at Full Circle, SCO 181-2, 1st Floor, Sector 8C, Chandigarh from 6 pm onwards.
The organisers of the event said that the a direct conversation with Darshan Singh, a featured organic farmer will be also be held during the event.
