Chandigarh: Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) today replaced its Boha candidate Vinod Kumar with Amarjeet Singh after Vinod Kumar accused AAP Punjab incharge Sanjay Singh for demanding Rs. 1 Crore as ‘party fund’.
In a written release issued today Sanjay Singh refuted the allegation levelled by Vinod Kumar. Sanjay Singh maintained that the allegations of demanding money are baseless and wild.

“Vinod was not working hard and his campaign was going on a low pace so we were thinking about changing candidate from the seat. Even in the last meeting of Arvind Kejriwal with candidates at Sangrur, few candidates were warned for their poor performance and Vinod was among them.” said Sanjay.
Notably, Aam Aadmi Party candidate from Bhoa Vinod Kumar has alleged that AAP’s Punjab affairs incharge Sanjay Singh had demanded Rs 1 crore as party fund from him. Addressing media persons Vinod Kumar said that Sajay Singh told him to deposit 1 Crore rupees or sit back home.
