New Delhi: The sitting MLA of the Aam Adami Party from Rajori Garden, Delhi and party’s Punjab unit candidate from Lambi constituency Jarnail Singh on Tuesday resigned from his post as legislature. After his resignation the number of AAP MLAs in Delhi Assembly has come down to 66.
Jarnail Singh will be contesting a cut throat, three-way battle in Punjab’s Lambi constituency in the upcoming assembly elections on February 4. He will face current chief minister Parkash Singh Badal and Punjab Congress chief Amarinder Singh there.
