Scheduled for release in front of the revered Akal Takht Sahib on June 6th, coinciding with the solemn observance of “Ghallughara Divas,” an annual commemoration marking the Teeja Ghallughara and the Battle of Amritsar in June 1984. This occasion recalls the Indian Army’s assault on Darbar Sahib in Amritsar, Akal Takht Sahib, and over 70 other Gurdwaras across Punjab and neighboring regions.1

“Amarnama” stands as a testament to the enduring legacy of those whose lives were martyred by an oppressive regime. By unveiling the untold stories of courage, resilience, and sacrifice, “Amarnama” serves as a beacon of remembrance, ensuring that the memories of those who laid down their lives in the name of their beliefs are immortalized for generations to come.

“Amarnama” promises not only to inform and educate but also to inspire and commemorate the unwavering dedication of those who stood tall in the face of adversity.
