Chandigarh, Punjab (December 21, 2011): Bhai Jagtar Singh Hawara seeks inquiry into the incident of his being attacked by office bearers of youth wing of All India Suraksha Smiti on November 11, 2011 in District Courts, Chandigarh.
As per information posted by Advocate Navkiran Singh on his Facebook Wall Bhai Hawara has claimed that the police of Punjab and Chandigarh knew very well of the plan of the attack, as the accused had held a press conference in Ludhiana on 22 October 2011 and proclaimed that in case Hawara is not stopped being produced in Court’s at Chandigarh, they will attack him in police custody.
