A US Federal Court has issued summons against Sonia Gandhi, President of Indian National Congress the ruling political party of India, for shielding and protecting the leaders, officials, members and workers of her party who had organized, committed, aided, abetted and incited the genocidal attacks on Sikhs during November 1984.
