Amritsar: The Dal Khalsa has raised doubt over the circumstances surrounding the death of Sikh political prisoner Bhai Harminder Singh Mintoo in Central Jail, Patiala.
In a written statement issued today Dal Khalsa chief Bhai Harpal Singh Cheema and Jasvir Singh Khandur sought judicial inquiry into circumstances surrounding death of Bhai Harminder Singh Mintoo.

As per reports, Bhai Mintoo had suffered cardiac arrest on Wednesday (April 18) evening and he was declared as ‘brought dead’ by Government Rajindra Hospital authorities in Patiala.
