Sources said that now the papers will be examined by appropriate Portuguese prosecution authorities after which the copies of the papers would be handed over to Paramjeet Singh Pamma’s counsel on record.

“India has submitted documents to Portugal government. Portuguese government will review documents and decide if case against Bhai Pamma will proceed or not. Bhai Pamma has been given 20 days of detention pending extradition”, reads an update by the Sikhs For Justice (SFJ).
