Indian Supreme Court to Hear Petition of Sumedh Saini in Balwant Singh Multani Murder Case Today

Chandigarh: A petition moved by former DGP and murder accused Sumedh Saini is listed for hearing in the Indian Supreme Court for Tuesday (September 15).

Sumedh Saini has been hiding to avoid his arrest after his anticipatory bail petition is dismissed by the Punjab and Haryana High Court in Balwant Singh Multani murder case.

Meanwhile a Mohali court has also issued arrest warrants against Sumedh Saini.

In the SCI, anticipatory bail plea of Sumedh Saini will be heard by a bench of Justices Ashok Bhushan, R. Subhash Reddy and M.R. Shah.
