New Delhi: It is learnt that the Punjab Documentation & Advocacy Project (PDAP) here on Monday, held a press conference at the Press Club of India (Delhi Press Club) and released an investigative human rights report “IDENTIFYING THE UNIDENTIFIED” concerning new evidence of 8257 cases of enforced disappearances, mass killings, fake encounters and illegal cremations in Punjab.
The report was released by the PDAP in the presence of Senior Supreme Court of India (SCI) Advocate Colin Gonsalves, Tapan Bose, South Asian Human Rights Forum, Paramjit Kaur Khalra, Khalra Mission Organisation.
The findings were presented by PDAP members- Satnam Singh Bains, Barrister, Jagjit Singh Bajwa, Jaswant Kaur, Baljinder Singh Bajwa and Mohinder Singh Randhawa. The report and work of the PDAP had been endorsed by (Retd.) Justice Suresh, Bombay High Court and (Retd.) Justice A K Ganguly, Supreme Court of India.
