Sikh Political Prisoner Prof. Davinderpal Singh Bhullar has been behind the bars for about 28 years now. Recently a “Sentence Review Board” of Aam Aadmi Party led Delhi government by majority decision disapproved his case for permanent release despite various administrative reports recommending his release.
