Ludhiana, PUNJAB (February 23, 2011): The discovery of facts of the Hondh Massacre have once again confirmed that a high level conspiracy was hatched to exterminate Sikhs during November 1984 Sikh Genocide and administrative faculties and facilities were put at the disposal of perpetrators and executors.
Hondh, a ruined Sikh village was discovered by a Sikh engineer Manwinder Singh Giaspur few days back, after more than 26 years of the incident that had resulted in killings of at-least 32 Sikhs, and in which the village was completely destroyed.
Yesterday, a Sikh delegation accompanied by senior journalists from Punjab visited the site where the heinous crime was committed on November 02, 1984. As per a Special story reported by senior journalist H. S. Bawa published in Daily Ajit, Jalandhar, a Haryana Roadways bus was also used to transport the killer gangs to Hondh village on the fateful day.
“Senior local journalists informed (the Sikh delegation) that a Haryana raodways bus, besides truck, was also used to transport the killers” reads the report.
Haryana Roadways is State owned Public transport and if the bus was used for the said purpose it clearly indicates the involvement of high public authorities.
“This is an important discovery of fact. It does not only indicate that public transport was used or that the public authorities were involved in the killings of Sikhs in Haryana but also support the fact that a set pattern was followed throughout India, wherever the Sikhs were massacred during November 1984” said Parmjeet Singh Gazi, President of Sikh Students Federation while referring to the fact that during massacre in South Delhi DTC (Delhi Transport Corporation) buses were used to facilitate movement of the killer gangs.
