Ludhiana: Sikh political prisoner Prof. Davinderpal Singh Bhullar’s counsel Advocate Jaspal Singh Manjhpur has reportedly handed over a memorandum to Delhi Chief Minister and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) supremo Arvind Kejriwal seeking permanent parole/release for Prof. Bhullar.

Advocate Jaspal Singh Manjhpur said that the memorandum was handed over to the Delhi chief minister through AAP leaders Harwinder Singh Phoolka and Sukhdev Singh Bhaur during Arvind Kejriwal’s visit to local court complex in Ludhiana on Wednesday (January 18).
In this memorandum Advo. Jaspal Singh Manjhpur maintained that Prof. Davinderpal Singh Bhullar was eligible for permanent parole.
“Delhi government should clear Prof. Davinderpal Singh Bhullar’s case for premature release and till then he should be granted permanent parole”, demanded Advo. Manjhpur.
