Tarn Taran: Various Nihang groups held a meeting at Shaheed Baba Naudh SIngh Ji Chhauni Misal Shaheedan Tarna Dal and deliberated on the issue of “pardon” granted by the Five Singh Sahib and resolved to appeal to the Singh Sahibs on their decision.
A press release issued by Shiromani Panth Akali Budha Dal (Panwan Takhat) says that the Nihang bodies are committed to the Akal Takhat Sahib.

Nihang bodied pointed out that the there was a tradition to take decision from Akal Takhat Sahib in a panthic way after through consultation and insisted that such tradition should be followed in all cases.
