Chandigarh: Panjab University based students group Students For Society (SFS) is going to organise a seminar on ‘PCOCA-Claims and Reality’ on 8th February 2018 (Thursday) at Panjab University campus, Chandigarh.

The seminar is expected to take place at Physics auditorium of the university and will start at 5 PM in the evening. The seminar is about a proposed controversial law know as Punjab Control of Organised Crime (PCOCA) and real intention of the state in introducing it.
Senior Advocate Rajwinder Singh Bains will be presiding as main speaker for this seminar and will apprise the audience with his knowledge on this matter. Advocate Rajwinder Singh Bains is senior lawyer in the Punjab & Haryana High Court and is also among the prominent human rights activist from Chandigarh.
