Washington/Ludhiana (November 07, 2009): To remind the world and the American Government about the continued denial of justice to victims and survivors of the November 1984 Sikh genocide, more than 1,500 supporters marched on November 04, 2009 from Lafayette Park to Capitol Hill, Sunday, November 1, to mark the 25th anniversary of the massacre of more than 30,000 Sikhs in 18 states and 110 cities across India.

Patiala (November 6, 2009): Students of Punjabi University, Patiala, took out a candle march on the university campus yesterday to protest the police inaction against accused of the 1984 carnage.
Ludhiana (November 06, 2009): To wake up the deaf and dumb Indian state from its stupor, the entire Punjab came to standstill on 03 November, 2009 for few hours to express its anguish against the denial of justice to victims, to give verdict against the politics of genocide and to pay homage to thousands of innocent Sikhs killed during the Nov 1984 carnage.

Mansa (November 4, 2009): Bhai Daljeet Singh Bittu, Chairman of Shiromani Akali Dal (Panch Pardhani), Prof. Gurvir Singh, Makhan Singh, Amritpal Singh, Karan Singh and Gurdeep Singh Raju are resent to judicial custody by Senior Sub-Judge Mansa, K. B. Raheja till November 18, 2009.
Patiala (November 3, 2009) Around 8 in the morning when the Punjabi University Students were calling for peacefull bandh at the university gate, punjab police lathicharged the students and arrested sikh student federation president Paramjeet Singh Gazi along with vice-preident Makhan Singh Gandua.
All Panthic organizations are united to observe complete Punjab Bandh on 3 November, 2009 to show the protest of Sikh Nation against November 1984 Genocide.
