Sikh body strongly condemns deadly attack on Churches in Pak’s Punjab

Amritsar, Punjab: While expressing his deep shock, sorrow and grief over the loss of innocent lives which resulted due to the two separate blasts at the Churches in Lahore city of Punjab province of Pakistan, Dal Khalsa spokesperson Kanwar Pal Singh said that it was absolutely an anti-human and terrorist act and it should be condemned at all levels.

While demanding stringent punishment for those involved in such horrific act, he said that the protection of life, property, dignity and religious places of the minorities was the legal, religious and moral responsibility of the Pakistan government and they should perform this responsibility with priority.

Dal Khalsa leader said that to kill any innocent and unarmed person was totally against the basic principles, values and teachings of all religion and any person who-so-ever was anyway involved in these types of heinous activities was the biggest enemy of all mankind.

While commenting over the TTP’s claiming responsibility of these attacks, the pro-freedom leader of Punjab said that it looks “the aim of such groups was to destabilize the Pakistan”. He expressed his heartfelt sympathy and condolence with the bereaved families of the Christian brothers and said that we equally share their grief and pain.
