Delhi HC deffers hearing on Kanhaiya Kumar bail plea till Feb. 29

New Delhi: JNU student union leader Kanhaiya Kumar will have to stay in Tihar Jail as a hearing on his bail plea has been deferred till February 29. Earlier Delhi High Court has agreed to hear the bail plea of Kanhaiya Kumar today.

Kanhaiya is facing charges of sedition. He is presently lodged in Tihar Jail of Delhi.
