Varsity Students mark the memory of Shaheed Bhai Sukha-Jinda

Chandigarh: Punjabi University, Patiala students on Wednesday (Oct. 05) held a shaheedi samagam in the memory of Shaheed Bhai Sukhdev Singh Sukh and Shaheed Bhai Harjinder Singh Jinda at Gurdwara Sahib located inside the Versity campus.

The samagam was attended by University students, who recited Sukhmani Sahib in the memory of Shaheed Bhai Sukhdev Singh Sukh and Shaheed Bhai Harjinder Singh Jinda.

Advocate Jaspal Singh Manjhpur addressing the gathering
Addressing the gathering Advocate Jaspal Singh Manjhpur said that Shaheed Bhai Sukhdev Singh Sukh and Shaheed Bhai Harjinder Singh Jinda laid their live in the love and honor of Guru Sahib and stood witness to the truth. He said that the records related to Arun Vaidya’s execution case shows that Bhai Sukhdev Singh Sukh and Bhai Harjinder Singh Jinda had option to save their lives but they preferred martyrdom to bring with Witness into the records of the history.
