Bhai Harminder Singh Mintoo ‘Killed’ under State Conspiracy: Advo. Jaspal Singh Manjhpur

Chandigarh: Bhai Harminder Singh Mintoo’s counsel Advocate Jaspal Singh Manjhpur has alleged that Bhai Mintoo was ‘killed’ under state conspiracy.

Notably, Sikh Political Prisoner and Khalistan Liberation Force chief Bhai Harminder Singh Mintoo died on Wednesday (April 18) at Central Jail, Patiala. He was taken by the jail authorities to Government Rajindera Hospital, Patiala where doctors reportedly declared him as ‘brought dead’.

In a written statement Advo. Manjhpur said that Bhai Harminder Singh Mintoo is said to have died due to heart attack but the situation to this effect was allowed to develop under the ‘state conspiracy’.

“Everybody knew that Bhai Harminder Singh Mintoo was a heart patient still the jail warden consistently ignored advise of jail doctor to get Bhai Mintoo examined from PGI Chandigarh, said Advocate Manjhpur while adding that after Nabha Jailbreak Indian agencies hatched a conspiracy to eliminate Bhai Mintoo.
