He said that these videos have been handed over to CBI in a case which is pending investigation against Jagdish Tytler with the CBI. The Court has directed the CBI to investigate the allegations against Jagdish Tytler for murder of 3 Sikhs during 84’Carnage and money- laundering for transfer of 5 Crores rupees to Canada through Hawala.

“Now, these videos of Sting operation are relevant for the purpose of these investigations. The CBI is legally bound to enquire about these videos. The CBI should send these to Forescenic Science Laboratory (FSL) to check the veracity of these videos and check the voice of Jagdish Tytler. After the verification from the Forescenic Science Laboratory (FSL), the CBI is duty bound to act on these videos and CBI should do the custodial interrogation of Jagdish Tytler after arresting him”, H S Phoolka said.
