Beijing: China on Thursday (Feb. 15) reportedly expressed opposition to Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visit to Arunachal Pradesh, which Beijing claims as its own.
“The Chinese government has never recognised the so-called Arunachal Pradesh and is firmly opposed to the Indian leader’s visit to the disputed area,” Chinese foreign ministry reportedly said in response to Modi’s visit to the state.
