Dal Khalsa extends Eid-greetings, prays to bless Kashmiris with more courage and lessen their pain

September 12, 2016 | By

Amritsar: Extending its heartiest greetings on Eid to the Muslim World, the Dal Khalsa paid glowing tributes to all those who had sacrificed their lives while struggling for religious freedom, liberty and human dignity.

In his message on the eve of Eid al-Adha, Dal Khalsa president Harpal Singh Cheema said while we are extending our greetings to Muslim Diaspora, we are acutely aware of the situation in Kashmir, where the cycle of death continues to haunt its natives. We are moved by the sufferings of Kashmiri people who are being killed and blinded with pellets by Indian security forces because they have refused to bow before the tyrannical rule of New Delhi.

“We are short of words to console the families of those who lost their dear ones in the current cycle of mayhem. May Almighty bless them with more courage to stand against aggression and lessen their pain”.

Praying before the Almighty to grant Kashmiri people more strength and determination to face the Indian brutalities, he appreciated the steadfastness and courage shown by Kashmiris in their resolve to achieve Azaadi from India.

While the people of Kashmir were being subjected to worst kind of state repression and atrocities, strangely the world is least bothered about the cries and concerns of the aggrieved and suppressed nation.
