UKD has claimed that these persons have killed thousands of innocent Sikhs and got rewarded with higher ranking positions. “Some of them are reverted to their previous rank by The Punjab and Haryana High Court” adds the letter.

These persons indulged in commission of various acts during 1980s and 90s that amount to “Crimes against Humanity” under international law, informed UKD General Secretary, Loveshinder Singh Dallewal.

United Khalsa Dal has requested to Visa Section of British High Commission to consider this matter and take action to refuse their entry to the United Kingdom. International community must take such steps and force India to proceed against those who have committed heinous crimes against humanity.
