Exclusive Interview with Raj Kakra about Kaum De Heere Movie

Melbourne, Punjab (November 28, 2013): Melbourne based online Punjabi Radio Qaumi Awaaz has interviewed Punjabi lyricist-cum-singer turned actor about his upcoming debut movie “Kaum De Heere”.

While talking to Qaumi Awaaz Radio’s host Gurtej Singh, Raj Kakra clarified that his movie is based on the sacrifice and life of Shaheed Bhai Beant Singh, Satwant Singh and Kehar Singh. He said that the idea of the movie was conceived about four years ago. “This is a tribute to those warriors and we have extensively researched the incidents of lives of Bhai Beant Singh, Satwant Singh and Kehar Singh”, he added.

“We held long meetings-cum-interviews with the family members of the martyrs to ensure that the events are show in their true color”, he added.
