Farmer’s Struggle Special Edition of Sikh Shahadat Book Series Released

Amritsar/Ludhiana: On 9 January 2021, Bhai Daljit Singh released the first issue of Sikh Shahadat’s book series. This book is a special issue on Farmers struggle. The book was released at Ludhiana in presence of Sikh Shahadat editor Prof. Kanwaljit Singh, Sikh lawyer advocate Jaspal Singh Manjhpur and others.

It is notable that Sikh Shahadat was published as a Punjabi monthly magazine from March 2000 to August 2009. In September 2009, Sikh Shahadat was published as an e-copy only as it could not be published because of police repression.
While talking to the Sikh Siyasat News (SSN), Prof. Kanwaljit Singh said that Sikh Shahadat is now revived as a ‘book series’. The first edition of this book series is a special issue on Farmers’ struggle comprising write-ups of various authors and experts on ongoing farmers’ struggle.
