Full Copy of Congress Party’s Punjab Election 2017 Manifesto

Chandigarh: The Congress party has returned to power in Punjab after a decade as it recorded a massive election victory yesterday. Punjab Congress, led by Capt. Amarinder Singh, won 77 out of 117 assembly seats in Punjab.
