Dabwali, Haryana: Punjab Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal was shown black flags by supporters of Haryana Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee (HSGMC) at Dabwali (on Oct. 06).
Supporters of HSGMC kept total secrecy over their plan and intelligence agencies or the media had no clues about their plans. As the Caravan of Parkash Singh Badal reached village Mithiri the HSGMC supporters led by member Jagvir Singh Bhaati showed black flags to Badal.
As per information a scuffle between Badal Dal and HSGMC supporters also took place and one of the HSGMC supporters sustained minor injuries.
HSGMC leaders alleged that armed persons have been occupying Sikh Gurdwaras in Haryana. They said that Badal had no right to send armed persons to forcibly occupy Sikh Gurdwaras in Haryana.
Badal was in Dabwali area to gather support for INLD candidate Naina Chautala for upcoming state assembly elections.
