The concerned speech by Hafiz Saeed, who is considered to be the mastermind behind 26/11 Mumbai attacks by India, was reportedly made in Lahore High Court on Thursday (July 10).

He reportedly said that India has deployed around 25,000 troops in Afghanistan so far with an aim to target Pakistan.

He further alleged that US is “patronising India as it wants to teach Pakistan a lesson,” the news reports stated.

According to Zee News, the founder of the banned JuD group was addressing lawyers at the Lahore High Court building.
