Ludhiana Police gets 5 Days Police Remand of Ramandeep Singh and Hardeep Singh Shera in Ravinder Gosain Case

Ludhiana: The Ludhiana police presented Ramandeep Singh and Hardeep Singh Shera before a duty magistrate and received their police remand for 5 days. Duo were arrested by the police different places in last few days. They were previously in the custody of Baghapurana police and were sent to judicial custody earlier today.

Defence council Advocate Jaspal Singh Manjhpur told Sikh Siyasat News (SSN) over phone that the Ludhiana police brought Hardeep Singh @ Shera and Ramandeep Singh from jail and before magistrate Dr. Susheel Bodh in the late evening at his residence under FIR No. 442/2017 u/sections 304, 34 of IPC and 25, 27 of Arms Act. This FIR was registered in relation to the killing of RSS leader Ravinder Gosain on October 17.

The police suspect them as shooters in cases of killings of RSS leaders Ravinder Soain, Jagdish Gagneja besides some other cases. This claim was made by Punjab police chief Suresh Arora during press conferences held after their arrests.
