Ludhiana, Punjab (July 17, 2012): “There is a name-sake humbleness and mischievous activeness hidden in apology tendered by Kulip Nayar to the Sikhs” comments Karamjeet Singh, a Chandigarh based senior Journalist and Former additional editor of a Punjabi Tribune.
