On US Indictment against India’s R&AW Official Vikash Yadav: What’s the Matter? What’s Next?

US Justice Department has filed indictment against a former Research and Analysis Wing (R&AW) official Vikash Yadav. He is charged with “murder-for-hire”, and other serious crimes, including conspiracy to money laundering. This case is related to a foiled to assassinate Sikhs For Justice (SFJ) leader Gurpatwant Singh Pannun, who is a US citizen, on US soil.
